Running Crew for Beginners

And a Special System

The reason many people fail to start exercising is because the ‘beginning’ is challenging. Coach Choi Se-hwan created a running crew for beginners to solve this issue.

The key feature of this community is the ‘deposit system.’

Participants start by paying a certain amount, but if they run consistently for 10 weeks, they get that amount back.

But the interesting part didn't end there.

Participants started to donate the refunded money again.

As a result, the accumulated donation amount has exceeded 30 million won.

This created a structure where people can protect their health through running while also helping to save someone's life.

Branding Happened Unintentionally

Ace Gym, the running crew, and YouTube content each appear to exist separately but are actually connected in a single flow.

People who took the class participate in the running crew, and those who participated in the running crew come back for PT again.

All these connections happened naturally and eventually became ‘branding.’

It was not a deliberately crafted strategy but a result of sincere activities that accumulated over time.

For Those Who Can't Start Exercising

Many people feel fear before starting to exercise.

They feel like they won't do well, might get scolded, or be compared to others.

But Coach Choi Se-hwan says,

The beginning is difficult for everyone, but once you start, the fun and sense of accomplishment felt within is much greater than expected.
