[Ep.6] Meeting with Community Manager Yu Ha-young
Interactions with different people require a lot of energy from us,
but they also provide great meaning and joy.
Today’s guest is someone who creates new cultures at the heart of
healthy interactions and connections,
a community manager at New Living Community M, Yu Ha-young.

“Creating spaces where we live and grow together in the city”
“Our brand's value is live & grow.
It’s about living together and growing together.”
Yu Ha-young is creating spaces and communities where various people can stay together in the city,
interact naturally, and live healthily.
In spaces where professionals blend with international students,
they become a bridge connecting their daily life, survival, and solidarity.
“Relationships are about making contact points and maintaining distance”
“Meeting someone in the elevator every day,
and yet finding it hard to even say hello... isn’t that a wellness we might be missing?”
According to Yu Ha-young, the role of a community manager
isn’t just about organizing gatherings,
but helping different people under one roof to have light and joyful contact points.
Planning running, yoga, and craft programs,
and designing environments where people can laugh and chat together.
In these spaces, people naturally build solidarity and experience healthy relationships.
“For me, wellness is a diligently built daily life”
“You also have to study relationships, protect your heart, and build endurance.
It doesn’t happen overnight, so I think it’s about continuous practice.”
Yu Ha-young sees wellness as more than just ‘resting well’ or ‘eating well.’
To maintain physical, emotional, and relationship health,
she focuses on building life with sincerity,
which is about taking care of yourself and is also the path
that leads to the happiness of others.
Where can I see the entire conversation?
