Did you notice the subtle details in the SWEATBOX logo?
The word SWEAT has a unique texture applied to it, showcasing details that express sweat marks!

Throughout the gym, you can find cute and clever interior elements utilizing these sweat marks.
The owner’s attention to detail shines through every little thing.

Two Charms from Two Locations

SWEATBOX operates both the Gangseo Main Branch and the Gochon Branch.
Each location adds its unique charm to make exercising more enjoyable.

Gangseo Main Branch – Attention Beyond Comfort

Though located underground, the Gangseo main branch boasts a bright and pleasant atmosphere rivaling above-ground venues!
With the only 5 treadmills in Seoul, it rightfully earns its name as a CrossFit drop-in hotspot.

Also impressive are the showers and changing rooms!
Especially in the women’s changing room, where brightly lit mirrors are installed for easy prep post-exercise.

And the most surprising feature? The spacious cabinets.
Large enough for storing thick autumn and winter coats, workout clothes, and personal items comfortably.

Gochon Branch – CrossFitters’ Dream, a Warehouse Gym

The Gochon branch is a warehouse-style gym located just 15 minutes by car from the main branch.
Featuring a long and wide station, rings & ropes for 7 simultaneous users,
and a spacious setup with no overlapping paths during WODs!

A space designed to meet the needs of CrossFitters who want to immerse in their workouts.

A Space Born from 8 Years of CrossFit Experience

SWEATBOX isn’t just a great-looking space.
It was created from the owner’s 8 years of personal CrossFit experience
and a commitment to “build the gym I want to create.”

The facilities, operations, and coaching philosophy are all designed from the ‘true member’s perspective’.
Always with members on holidays,
attentively listening to and responding to each individual’s needs is also a major strength.
