LinkO MEET UP Podcast – Making Valuable Work Even More Valuable
If you've just been thinking, try connecting it with 'action'
We often make plans but it's not easy to execute them.
Whether it's exercise, daily life, or new challenges, **what's more important than a perfect plan is to ‘just try it’**.
In this MEET UP, we bring a conversation with
the CEO and product director Kim Ye-Sam of the digital stationery brand **‘Naelna’**, who helps everyone to make those small, flexible beginnings.

The brand 'Naelna' that makes “Tomorrow More Like Me”
‘Naelna’ is a digital stationery brand led by three co-founders.
Among them, Ye-Sam takes the role of product director, planning and creating products.
“Hello.
I am Kim Ye-Sam, nickname Sam. In my career, I am the CEO and product director of the digital stationery brand "Naelna" that sells individualism.
I love exercise, activities, and challenges. I'm always working out, trying a bit of every sport. I'm a dipping toe into many sports type of person.
I like creating products, learning new things, and going on adventures. Almost everyday I am a “pro-action person”. My dream is to be a healthy and happy grandma.
I love the saying, “If you don't live as you think, you will think as you live.”
Valuable Change Needs to be Small and Flexible
Naelna’s mission is clear.
“To create a friendly and easy daily change
that anyone can practice.”
You don't have to wake up at 6 am for it to be considered ‘growth’
‘Real change’ can be created even without an intense routine.
“We're not guiding you up a hiking trail,
we want to help you get one foot onto the escalator.”
Habitual Planning for Small Actions, Minimoremax
The habit-forming app Minimoremax
helps you break down a goal into ‘three levels of difficulty’ for planning.
For instance, if you set a goal for [Running]:
Max – Running 3km
More – Walking 3km
Mini – Doing 3 squats
“Mini is always something doable in under 2 minutes!
It's enough if you can do it on a plane.”
Starting small allows you to continue steadily without burden.
Habits are formed in the 'easy, obstacle-free start'.
“Living True to Yourself” Isn't Something Grand
“Doing what suits your pace and criteria,
without comparing to others.”
Ye-Sam says there’s no right answer to growth, and pace is one’s own.
Like running, she believes genuine change is about finding a comfortable pace and progressively moving forward.
“Even 3 squats can be the start of ‘Amazing You’.”
