The underground space is a strength-focused area filled with heavy equipment like plates and dumbbells,
including a weight zone where you can drop weights.The ground-level space is optimized for cardio workouts like rowing machines and treadmills,
allowing you to exercise in a bright and pleasant atmosphere.The outdoor space is equipped with ropes, rings, and outdoor stations,
allowing you to enjoy workouts in nature.
The elastic floor material stood out for its careful detail in reducing injury risk from falls.

Unlike typical single-class setups, Pulse Ground offers
5 different types of classes.
Pulse – Basic functional group class
Pulse40 – 40-minute high-intensity training
Pulse Flow – Flexibility and balance-focused movement class
Specific – Specialized training focused on weightlifting, gymnastics, nutrition, etc.
Team – Cooperative class performed with team members
