1st meeting – Daegu CrossFit Green Day

Hello! This is LinkO Coach :)
The gym we're introducing for our first Meet is **'CrossFit Green Day' located in Daegu**.

A bright and green space inspired by an arboretum

Have you ever wondered where the name ‘Green Day’ came from?

It actually comes from being located very close to the famous Daegu Arboretum,
drawing inspiration from the lush feeling of nature.

Stepping inside the gym,
the open and refreshing atmosphere,
as if the arboretum continues right in, was impressive.

A space where sunlight and breeze coexist

Green Day is a gym with the charm of spacious full-length windows.
Through these windows, warm sunlight pours in,
and the good ventilation ensures fresh and crisp air is always in abundance.

When you're out of breath while exercising,
breathing in fresh air instead of stuffy air
makes a small yet crucial difference.

And when you lift your head after a workout,
instead of a stifling wall, you see a wide-open view unfold,
which is truly a unique advantage of Green Day.

The coach's most important philosophy is 'enjoyment'

The coaches at Green Day say
the most important thing in their operation is **“for members to enjoy their workouts”**.

Because,
they believe that you need to enjoy it to stick with it,
and that builds a positive perception of CrossFit.
