CEO Suji Lee operates the wellness brand **Dali (DALI)**, which started in Hapjeong and expanded to Hoehyeon.

"I hope exercise isn't a grand goal,
but something that flows naturally in my daily life."

Dali aims to be a space that can be visited without hesitation, whether on a day needing intense training
or a day for light movement,
to support a healthy lifestyle for women.

"Mistakes and Failures Are Okay. They Are Part of Meeting Opportunities."

CEO Suji candidly shared that when she first entered the fitness industry,
she experienced numerous mistakes and failures.

But because of those experiences, she explains,

• she was able to continue doing what she loves,

• grow,

• and meet opportunities.

"Without making mistakes, you can't meet opportunities.
It's okay to wander."

Her heartfelt advice
delivers a powerful message to anyone hesitating to start exercising:
**"It's okay to struggle right now."**

“Finding Flexibility of Body and Mind Through Priority Setting”

With responsibilities like childcare, running a gym, working as a Nike Trainer, and giving external lectures,
Suji seamlessly handles various roles.
But after trying to tackle everything,
she learned that **'setting priorities and taking care of herself'** is the true growth.

"I realized that only when my pantry is full
can I share smiles and comfort with others."

By boldly giving up things that need to be given up,
asking for help when needed and delegating,
she creates her own balance.

For Those Afraid to Start

Lastly, to those who want to start exercising but are hesitant, Suji offers this advice.

"It's not unhappy because it's hard.
Exercise is stimulation and growth."

Instead of perceiving the challenging sensations from exercise as misfortune,
embrace it as a process where both body and mind grow together.

It's okay to struggle now.
You're just in the middle of growing.
