
You need to select an exercise program to log your workout.
Before that, decide if the workout program
is a class offered at the gym
or your own personal workout.
Please make your selection first.

Please choose an exercise program to log.

Press [Start Workout] at the bottom to begin logging your workout.

Fill in the results in the log and press Save (make sure to differentiate between BonWOD A and Scale A-2).

Once saved, you can check the leaderboard.
Click the trophy icon at the top right.

You can view the rankings.
