Expired Members
We will guide you on managing information in the Expired Members category on LinkO.

Expired Members: These are members whose gym memberships have expired.
Orange text indicates members with outstanding payments, which you can easily identify.

By checking the box per category (refer to the right picture),
you can view the list sorted in ascending or descending order.

Click on the member you wish to check and find detailed information about the member.

This is the Member Information page.
You can check the basic information and records of the member.

For members who have completed the electronic contract signing, you can find the [Signed] icon on the upper right corner.

This allows you to confirm the member's signature, and you can download the signed contract through the [Download Terms] on the upper right.


And the information you can check for each member includes:
Membership details
Attendance details
Purchase history
Locker usage
These can be reviewed and modified.
Let's take a closer look at each category step by step.
Membership Details

In the Membership category, you can check all the memberships you have used in the past.
Additionally, you can review records of membership holds,

extensions,

and refunds.

Hover over a membership you wish to review, and a hamburger button will appear on the right for detailed editing.
Attendance Details

This is the Attendance Details category.
Here, you can check all the classes you participated in and
assist in more detailed member management by reviewing the attendance rates and accumulated attendance.

Hover over the Attendance Details to find a hamburger button on the right.
Press the button to modify the attendance status.
Purchased Items

This is the Purchased Items details screen.
You can check and modify the details of items purchased by the member.
The [Add Purchased Item] button allows you to add newly purchased items.

Locker

Lastly, you can review the Locker details.
Use the [Add Locker] button to register a new locker.

Hover over the locker details where you'd like to modify the status, and you'll find a hamburger button on the right.
Press to help modify the status.
