Notices > Start Sending Messages

After logging into LinkZone, go to Notices > Start Sending Messages
2. Activate Automatic Messaging

First, please activate the automatic message feature at the top.
Once activated, messages will be sent automatically depending on the checked situations.
Edit Message

To edit the message to be sent, click the [Edit] button on the right to make changes.

Write the text in the text field.
Important! Be sure to click the left block to include variables (e.g., name) in your content.
For example: Hello {Member Name}, this is {Facility Name}.
4. Save the Message

Press the [Edit] button to save the edited message, and you're done!
