You can design workouts on the LinkO app too.
On the LinkO website, you can design workouts in more detail,
and with the app, design workouts anytime, anywhere!

1. First, please choose your own workout for the gym or personal exercise you'll offer classes at, like in the picture above.
Class workout program design > Select center
Personal workout program design > My own workout

2. Press the '+' next to the desired date

Designing a workout program
Class to design workouts for: Please select the class subject to share the workout program you are currently writing.
Main Title: Give a title to the workout program (if not modified, it will be shown as the date)
Add session: Press the '+' button next to A to add a session.
Main Workout: Please select a workout subject (choose one from custom, fortime, emom, amrap, tabata, single)
Round: Please write the rounds (the options to be written vary depending on the workout subject, currently writing for 'fortime')
Time Limit: If there is no time limit, leave it blank; if there is, check and write the time limit.
Insert YouTube link: If there is a necessary YouTube link for the WOD, please add it.
Program: Write today's workout program.
Notes: Write down notes on information and cautions necessary for the workout program.
Add Recordable Actions: Please add actions that affect rank calculations.
Save: Save after writing everything finally.

Edit Action Options: After adding actions, press the icon with four boxes to modify.

Add Scale Version: Press the Scale + button to add a scale session.

After copying and pasting all the programs and notes in the main WOD,
modify only the parts to be scaled to easily create a scaled version.
