1. Designing the Day's Workout
You know that we've updated the way we design workouts, right?
The biggest change is that workout programs are now written in text.
So you don't have to search and add each workout individually—all you need to do is write it out,
then copy-paste to the scaled version and make changes specific to that version.

2. Checking the Day's Workout
When the workout design is saved, this is how it appears to members.
They can check both the main workout program and the scaled version, and use the [Start Workout] button to log their activity.
After saving their workout logs, they can also check the leaderboard within the gym.
Reserving a Class
All members need to do is set the date and time for the reservation, and it's done.
Reservations can be made with just three touches: date, time, and reservation confirmation.
