The summit camp with
CrossFit Games athletes Jeong Dawon and Choi Seung-yeon
has come to a safe close.
Let me share how meaningful the second summit camp was~
The second summit camp was held at CrossFit STB Jamsil.
We also had Jamsil STB Positive CEO and rehabilitation training Professor Kim Chan-wook as mentors!
1. Ice Breaking Time (Protect the Diligently Built Tower!)
We need ice-breaking time to break the initial awkward atmosphere, right~?
This time's ice-breaking was Protect the Diligently Built Tower!
Form a team, do 10 burpees, and then stack the tower!
The team that stacks the highest wins!

Everyone worked hard stacking towers
and there was a team that took first place with just a 0.5 cm difference! (Exciting!)
2. Experiencing Rehabilitation Training with Professor Kim Chan-wook
Did you know that Choi Seung-yeon had a severe shoulder injury a year ago?
But thanks to Professor Kim Chan-wook's training,
she could confidently compete in the Asian ranks in the semifinals.
Choi Seung-yeon herself mentioned it,
and this summit camp program included Professor Kim Chan-wook's highly effective training that even ordinary people can practice on their own. It was a valuable time to experience it in real-time, becoming mentors and mentees for each other to focus on more precise training!
3. Performing the WOD
Before the supporters started the WOD,
the athletes demonstrated it first!
As expected, records that ordinary people cannot achieve.. truly amazing.
Then, let's start~
It seemed like only extraordinary supporters had come..
Amazing supporters working hard, cheered on by the athletes!
4. Ask Anything Q&A Time
We had time to ask what you've been curious about to Athlete Dawon, Athlete Seung-yeon, and Professor Kim Chan-wook.
The athletes answered everything..
It was a really fun and meaningful time!
