The value of this Insight Coach was led by Professor Park Chan-wook and CEO Jo Positive Coach.

This Insight Coach training was conducted under the theme of "Back to the Basic."

CEO Jo Positive began his lecture by having us rethink the essence of coaching

and recall why we all chose the path of a coach.

The moment I decided to become a coach, the excitement I felt at my first meeting with a member, and the happiest moments as a coach

were revisited one by one to help participants remember their starting points and return to their initial motivations.

In the following session, Professor Park Chan-wook participated, suggesting ways to stay true to the basics of coaching while also advancing it one step further.
