We've prepared this so you can clean up nicely after breaking a sweat.

Recovery is just as important as the competition!

10:30 AM ~ 7:00 PM

Facility Guide

• Men's showers: 4 people can use at a time

• Women's showers: Equipped with 6 private showers

• Towels provided ✅

• Shared shampoo & body cleanser ✅

• Hot water ✅

• Lockers: Total of 40 available

Parking at Songdo Convensia isn't free, but

LinkO members can use the Cultured CrossFit underground parking lot for free.

On the event day, enjoy stress-free parking with LinkO benefits.
