On December 7, 2024, the 2nd GIRL CRUSH competition will be held at CrossFit Rush in Jungnang-gu, Seoul.

If SACRIFICE, COOPERATION, and TRUST are together, we believe it's an opportunity to not just compete but to understand and support each other to grow together.

We eagerly await applications from passionate women.

Alliances with other boxes allowed, only one elite per team can participate.

*Elite Criteria: Current/former coach (including weightlifting and gymnastics coaches, fitness trainers, various functional trainers, SLKIK, F45, etc.), former athletes, top 100 in Korea for CrossFit OPEN 2021~2024

Finals: CrossFit Rush (Jungnang-gu, Junn-dong, Seoul)

• Prize Money :

1st place - 1 million won

2nd place - 700,000 won

3rd place - 400,000 won

• Participation Fee :

Preliminaries - 80,000 won

Finals - 120,000 won
