Hover over the membership you want to check, and a hamburger icon for detailed editing will appear on the right

1. Edit

Select the part you want to edit and modify the membership information

2. Membership Hold

   
   

Hold: You can hold the membership

• Hold Start Date | End Date: Please select the start and end dates from the calendar

• Available Hold Days: This shows the number of days available for holding

👉 The number of days you can hold can be modified in the membership settings

• Final Hold Application Date: Indicates the number of days applied for holding

• Reason: Note the reason for the hold

• Available Hold Count: Shows the number of times holding is possible

👉 The number of times you can hold can be modified in the membership settings

• Save: Please press the save button to save

3. Membership Extension

Extension: Extends the membership period

• Extension Days: Please fill in the number of days for extension

• Additional Attendance: If there are additional participation sessions, please fill them in

• Add Additional Members for Extension: If there are other members to extend at the same time, please add them

• Reason for Extension: Note the reason for the extension

• Apply to All Members: If applying to all members, check to activate

• Save: Please press the save button to save

  
  

4. Refund

   
   

• Refund Date: Please set the refund date

• Card: Please fill in the amount refunded by card

• Cash: Please fill in the amount refunded in cash

• Reason: Note the reason for the refund

• Confirm: Please press the 'Confirm' button to save

5. Delete

   
   

• Delete: Deletes the membership.
