There are two ways to sign up as a new member.

1. You can register your center yourself

2. The admin can register new members

This chapter will teach you how to register your center yourself and get approval from the admin.

After accessing the LinkO web

Please go to Members > Apply for Membership

• Pending Members

When you apply for membership on the LinkO Coach app, you'll be placed in the pending list.

The approval icons show [ Payment Approval ] and [ On-Site Registration ] versions.

[ Payment Approval ] means the payment is approved when accepted within the app.

[ On-Site Registration ] means on-site registration is needed because you pressed the on-site register button.

• Members Denied Registration

These are members whose registration has been denied by the admin.

You can help them re-register or choose to delete them permanently.

A new bulk delete feature for the member list has been introduced.

You can delete all members at once by hovering your mouse over the right corner and clicking the trash can icon, without having to reject or delete them one by one.
