1. Write a Notice

Please go to [ Notices > Write Notice ] in the left category

Please press the Add Notice button on the top right

Write Notice: Operation policies, class announcements, event uploads

Images can be attached

Pin to Top: Shows the notice continuously at the top of the LinkO app timeline

+) Send KakaoTalk Push Alarms

Notices will be notified through the LinkO app alarms, but for those who turn off app alarms, here’s how to notify via KakaoTalk. (Optional)

A charge of 10 KRW per message is applied when sending a KakaoTalk message

2. Send SMS

Please go to [ Notices > Send SMS ]

Please write the content of the notice to be sent via SMS

(The title is fixed as the center's name)

After pressing the [Load from Member List] button on the right, select the members to send the notice to.

You can also search for members and view them by category.

Select members by clicking on the checkboxes

Send the SMS using the [Send Message] button

This is an example.

3. Automatic Message Sending

If you pre-activate frequently used messages according to situations, you can send messages hands-free.

A cost of 30-45 KRW per message occurs

Please activate the automatic message feature at the top first

Once activated, messages are automatically sent according to the checked situations
