Check Attendance (Web)
First, let's look at how to check class attendance on the LinkO website.
On the right side of LinkZone (web), click the class you want to check attendance for, and a popup window will appear.
In this popup, you can check the reservation list and attendance markings.
Note that for non-members such as drop-in guests, you can create a daily attendance list using the orange box [Enter Guest Information] on the right side of the popup window!
After exiting the popup, you can also view today's reserved and attending members at a glance on the left side.
By clicking the profile, you can also check the member’s past class history and monthly attendance rate.
Check Attendance (Mobile)
Next, let's examine how to check attendance using the mobile version.
Below the class you want to check attendance for, press the [Check Reservation List] button to instantly verify the reservation list and attendance.
Note for non-members like drop-in guests, you can create a daily attendance list through the green button [Add Reserved Members] > [Enter Guest Information]!
Set Up Automatic Attendance System
If you're tired of manually checking and confirming attendance one by one, we recommend setting up an automatic attendance system.
The setup can be done at LinkZone (web) under settings > system; please activate [Automatic Attendance Check] in the class category.
Since automatic attendance recognizes all reserved people as present once the class begins, you’ll need to later update the attendance status for any no-shows.
